busy, busy, busy...

things have been non stop around here. lots of shooting, tons of editing, going a mile a minute... but i love it. it's been energizing and fulfilling all at once. i'm shooting one more wedding this weekend, and then heading to hawaii to shoot my last one of the season. i wanted to give a shout out to Jenny at greenweddingshoes.com for doing a full feature on Toby and Kelli's gorgeous wedding... and to kathryn at snippetandink.com for featuring Alison and Per-Lars's wedding which I second shot with Matt at flowertoss.com thank you! my good friend ruth and i headed out to eastern washington last week to shoot an absolutely gorgeous wedding. the couple had sparklers at the end of the reception, so ruth and i spent a good 1/2 an hour trying to come up with the best ending shot of the night. i think our work paid off. makes me want to try a whole lot more with sparklers!

it's been a whirlwind of a few weeks, and i have so much editing to catch up on it's a little overwhelming... i'm in San Francisco at the moment... catching up on my golden gate views, cable car rides, city lights reading with the beatniks, and hitting up a little avedon exhibit at the SFMOMA. i'm back tomorrow to upload and show off Toby and Kelli's amazing grey and pink parisian inspired wedding at tree house point, and give a little peak at Erik and Cambria's gorgeous day at Cave B inn and winery out in eastern washington. wedding shoots in vineyards and apple laden orchards make for amazing photos! till then, brooke
